A & B Landscapes was founded in 1990 by brothers Alan and Brian Clennell. Originally A & B Construction, the company was first formed to provide sub-contractual services to larger building firms, providing ground works, paving, turfing fencing etc on construction sites.

A & B Landscapes stemmed from this company in 1998 when the brothers began to do work mainly for domestic customers whilst maintaining their commercial contracts.

Over the past 18 years the company has experienced a lot of success, having worked with companies such as Sunter Ltd and Carrillion. They have worked on numerous schools, community centres, churches and garden centres, some of the most recent being George Washington Primary School (Washington), The Millway Centre (Gateshead) and St Chads Church (Sunderland).

A & B Landscapes have carried out work for over 600 domestic customers and have built a fantastic reputation throughout the North East, based on their excellent customer service and standard of work.
